Document Scanner – The contractor shall perform system documentation scanning. The contractor shall scan Office of General Counsel case management legal files. The contractor will use government furnished equipment, Canon Image DR 3010 desktop scanner and Ricoh Aticio 5560 copier/printer/scanner. The government will provide the proper training to the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible of verifying each case file folder is scanned in full. The contractor will verify with the government point of contact of each folder that will be scanned. Once the government point of contact and the contractor has verified all pages of each case file has been scanned, the original document will be placed in the shred bin for shred pick up.
