Helpdesk Support Specialist: Administer & Perform helpdesk related duties and provide on-call support. Respond to user requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email. IZ Compliance Specialist – The position will be a combination of 2 existing roles: IZ Compliance Specialist and Program Support Assistant, reporting to the IZ Program Manager. Assist in managing, implementing and assuring compliance with all procedures of the IZ program. Ensure and monitor compliance of administrative rules, covenants, regulations, policies and laws. Assist in the administration of the IZ program, including reviewing/revising/updating forms, procedures and policies. Assist with database management. Provide administrative assistance to IZ team, including answering phone calls and emails. Conduct research as needed into specific issues to improve the IZ program. Review existing methods and practices and make recommendations for improving workflow processes and revising methods, techniques and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
